Fines for oversize violations in Nevada.

  • Operating or moving any vehicle or equipment specified in NRS 484D.615 or 484D.685 to 484D.725 on a highway without obtaining a permit, or disregarding any terms or conditions of the permit when issued, is deemed unlawful. Violation of any provisions within NRS 484D.685 to 484D.740 constitutes a misdemeanor offense. Additionally, any individual operating or moving such vehicles or equipment on a highway, authorized by a permit for continuous use or multiple trips over a limited time, who exceeds any weight limitation beyond what is authorized by the permit, shall upon conviction face penalties as outlined in NRS 484D.680.
